I pretty much like the symbol, but the text used is a bit too fancy. Maybe try something simpler but interesting at the same time. Also try to leave a bit more space between the symbol and the text and try to make the width of the first text row similar to the below one, if you know what I'm saying.

It will make it cleaner and more professional, if that's trying to achieve..

I dont know if it reads LD but it is really good. not so memorable you might want to check this issue. nevertheless the colours are really good.
